I am Caroline Frank, a qualified Shiatsu practitioner and Do-In instructor based in Narbonne, in the Occitanie region of southern France.

A personalised approach

My approach combines my Shiatsu training with my experience of Do-In and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I have been practising Shiatsu and teaching Do-In since 2015. My training includes a three-year Shiatsu course at École Nonindo and further studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The session is adapted to each person rather than following a fixed protocol.

Shiatsu can be particularly appreciated when you are looking for a moment to slow down, release physical tension and reconnect with your body.
